Yes — anytime. Your status page URL, history, and provider connections all carry over. You won't lose a single data point.
What counts as a "provider"?+
The 10 launch providers are OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Mistral, Groq, xAI, Replicate, Fireworks, Cohere, and Together AI. Every plan (including Open) gets all 10 monitored out of the box.
Do you charge extra for incidents?+
Never. Incidents, alerts, and postmortem drafts are included in your plan — no per-alert fees, no seat-based alert limits.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel before the next billing date and you keep access until the period ends. No questions, no lock-in.
What is golden-set drift detection?+
You supply a small set of representative prompts and expected outputs. Apselog replays them against your chosen model nightly and alerts you if scores drop — catching silent model updates before your users notice.
Is the "Powered by Apselog" badge really required on Open?+
Yes — it's how the viral loop works and how we keep the free tier sustainable. Pro removes it completely.
